Refund & Returns Policy - UK
At Averandi, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, you may cancel and return your order in accordance with UK consumer law.
1. 14-Day Right to Cancel
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
Once you notify us that you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.
To start a return, please contact us at info@averandi.nl with your order number and confirmation that you wish to cancel or return your purchase.
2. Condition of Returned Items
You may handle the goods as you reasonably would in a shop to assess their nature, characteristics and functionality.
If the value of an item has been reduced due to handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it, we may make a deduction from your refund where permitted by law.
Please return items with all original parts and accessories where possible.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned goods, or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever happens first, we will issue your refund without undue delay and within 14 days at the latest.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. No additional refund fees will be charged.
If you cancel your order under your statutory cancellation right, we will also refund the standard delivery costs you originally paid. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we are only required to refund the cost of standard delivery.
4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or is not as described, please contact us at info@averandi.nl.
Please include your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue.
We will assess the situation and arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.
5. Return Costs
If you return an item because you have changed your mind, you may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, provided this was communicated to you before purchase.
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to the contract, we will handle the return in accordance with your statutory rights.
6. Exceptions to the Right to Cancel
Certain products may be excluded from the statutory cancellation right where an applicable legal exception applies.
Examples include personalised or customised goods, certain perishable products and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Where an exception applies, this will be communicated before purchase.
